All documents, templates, frameworks, and materials we produce for you are provided for your personal use. Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use all deliverables solely for your own job search and career purposes.
We retain copyright in all underlying methodologies, templates, and frameworks used in the creation of your materials. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any of our methods or proprietary content.
While we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional career support, we cannot and do not guarantee that use of our services will result in employment, interviews, salary increases, or any particular career outcome. Results depend on a range of factors outside our control, including market conditions, employer decisions, and individual circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Career Gadget Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on any advice provided. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
